In 2002, I graduated from the YogaWorks 200-Hour Teacher Training program. I was not ready to teach, so I continued my training by assisting several teachers and attending workshops for a couple of years. Who knew that the ad hoc 300-hour program I went through almost 20 years ago would create the framework for what would later become the YogaWorks 300-Hour Teacher Training program? Eventually, with 500 hours of training under my belt, I decided to go up for my YogaWorks teaching certificate. I am glad to report that I passed!
Not too long afterwards, I started teaching at small studios and gyms around Los Angeles. In 2008, I was thrilled to be asked to lead my first 200-Hour Teacher Training program. I later went on to serve as a Mentor for the 300-Hour program as well. To date, I have led more than sixteen 200- and 300-Hour YogaWorks Teacher Training programs throughout the US and abroad. Being a Teacher Trainer and Mentor is very rewarding. I love helping students improve their understanding of yoga asana, sequencing, teaching skills, philosophy, pranayama and more!
I do not have any trainings planned at the moment. But if you are interested in Teacher Training, please reach out to me directly. I would be glad to speak with you!
