Fall Yoga Retreat - October 23-26, 2025

Our retreat center is located in Santa Margarita, CA just outside of San Luis Obispo. Positioned on a majestic hilltop, surrounded by preserved land Sagrada Wellness is a one-of-a-kind Central Coast California yoga retreat destination. Sagrada is known for its boutique style Yoga Retreats, sacred Sanctuary, delicious rustic cuisine and saltwater pool.

Accommodations reflect the sensibilities of one of the co-owners, who is also an architect, and are contemporary and yet rustic, with a country aesthetic that offers guests a special place to reflect on peace, awareness, and rejuvenation in the ranch’s majestic and natural landscape.

During this intimate retreat, you will have the chance to nourish your body, mind and soul. Sagrada Wellness is truly a refuge, located on a 45-acre mountain sanctuary. You can hike on one of Sagrada's nature trails, float in the saltwater pool, sit in the jacuzzi, enjoy an outdoor (or indoor!) shower in a truly special place, surrounded by nature in a community of like-minded people.

You'll have the chance to leave behind the hustle of everyday life and embrace a slower pace, allowing you to reconnect with both nature and yourself.
