Why Yoga?

With everything going on in the world right now, some of us are experiencing increased anxiety and stress. A physical practice of 

Hatha Yoga can help improve your health and well-being, and regular practice can help sustain you through life's many challenges. 

Yoga is Even-ness of Mind

According to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, yoga isn't about being able to touch your toes. Instead, yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind. We become less pulled in any one direction; less affected by gain or loss. It is said that when we have achieved a state of undisturbed calm (through regular, ongoing practice), the seer (that's you!) resides in his/her/their own true nature.  A return home to Self.
