In this two-hour online Inversions Workshop, we will explore Handstand, Shoulderstand and their variations. We will also experiment with Forearm Balance and Headstand.
This workshop will give us time to work both individually and as a group. I may ask you to adjust your camera so that I can spot everyone from a certain angle to make sure that your setup is correct before we invert. We will also discuss some techniques to help address the fear and uncertainty that may arise as we attempt these challenging poses!
You will gain practical knowledge on how to perform these poses, or their variations, safely in your own home.
Please be prepared with some wall (or door) space to practice against, at least 2 yoga blocks, 2 blankets and a yoga strap. Additional blocks and blankets may be helpful.
